Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Also, refunds are applicable for courses only and not for any products or store items.
To complete your return, we need your order number or registered email or phone number to track your order details.

Refunds
Once you request a refund, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment, within 3 to 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
